Project 14 Lists #4 : Authors with Most Books I’ve Read

hosted by Shealea @ That Bookshelf Bitch

hey everyone! i’m (finally) back for my fourth post in #project14lists ❤ the other day, i was organizing my goodreads’s read shelf when i suddenly became curious which author whose works i’ve read the most. and so, i thought i’d share 5 authors whose books i’ve read the most (not including re-read, so i count each book as one) here :

1. rick riordan – 17 books
i might not read rick riordan’s books this year, but i sure read a lot in the past. percy jackson is one of the book that made me fell in love with reading back when i as a pre-teen. i love the sarcasm and the jokes in there (also the funny chapter titles!). books read : percy jackson and the olympians (5 books), the heroes of olympus (5 books), the kane chronicles (3 books), magnus chase and the gods of asgard (1 book), the trials of apollo (1 book), the demigod diaries, and percy jackson’s greek gods.

2. meg cabot – 14 books
back when i was in middle school and high school, i used to borrow a lot of meg cabot’s books since they’re easy and quick to read (also those are the few novels that the school’s library has; the rest are textbooks or something similar). to be honest, i think i read more than 14 of her books, but i don’t really remember the other. books read : the mediator series (8 books including the novella), airhead series (3 books), avalon high, how to be popularthe boy is back.

3. cassandra clare – 12 books
not surprising considering how much i love cassie clare’s works! funny story, but i didn’t like the mortal instruments at first, but then i fell in love with the infernal devices and later, the dark artifices as well. books read : the infernal devices (3 books), the dark artifices (3 books; actually i’m currently reading QoAaD but let’s just say i’ve read it), city of bones, the shadowhunter codex, tales from the  shadowhunter academy, and 3 ghosts of the shadowhunter market novellas (cast long shadows, a deeper love, the wicked ones).

4. kasie west – 11 books
kasie west is the only author whose ALL books i’ve already read. i’ve even re-read some of them. i just can’t get enough of the cuteness in it. books read : pivot point duology (2 books), the distance between us, on the fence, the fill-in boyfriend, by your side, p.s. i like you, love, life, and the list, lucky in love, listen to your heart, snow in love (an anthology)

5. ally carter – 10 books
whenever i’m in the mood for quick but not-that-easy books, i always go for ally carter. her books are fast-paced and fun to read, that you didn’t even realize you’ve read an entire series in a day (oops). books read : gallagher girls series (6 books), heist society series (3 books), not if i save you first.

what about you? which authors whose books you’ve read the most? have you read any of these authors?

  1. i’m slowly making my way through rick riordan’s series. only done with percy jackson’s though. i think i read the most books from cassie Clare.

  2. UGH I WISH I COULD READ MORE CASSANDRA CLARE! This year, I’ve read mostly Marie Lu’s, but overall, I think I’ve read mostly John Green because I’ve already read all his published works! 🙂
